This tutorial explains how to import a pre-built or demo template from BeTheme into a new website. This simplifies the process of building new websites.
- We log in to selfish-seo.com/wp-admin (request access from a DEV manager)

- We import the DEMO or PREBUILT WEBSITE in Betheme > Pre Built Websites

- We select the template or demo to install

- When choosing one, you may be presented with the option to choose between Muffin or Elementor. Always choose Muffin Builder.

- Verify that the required plugins are active. (If they are not, install or activate them and try again.)

- Reset the database to delete existing content. Click the "Reset" button.

- Confirm the reset.

- Install the template by choosing the "Full Installation" option and clicking "Install".

- Wait for the installation process to finish. It may take a few minutes.

- Verify the installation by clicking on "Preview website"

- If the installation is successful, we can proceed to export the pages. Go to Tools > Export > Select Pages and click on "Download export file".

- We export the template options. To do this, go to BeTheme > BeTheme Options > Backup & Reset > General > Copy link. Save the generated link.

- If you have a slider on the page, we'll export it using Slider Revolution. Go to Slider Revolution, select the slider you want to export, and click "Export."

- Go to the site where we will import the template and log in (request access from a DEV manager)

- We installed BeTheme without activating it: Appearance > Templates > Upload. We uploaded the BeTheme file (request the file from a DEV manager). After uploading, we returned to the template list.

- We installed and activated BeTheme child. Appearance > Templates > Upload. We uploaded the BeTheme child file (request the file from a developer). We activated BeTheme child.

- Once Betheme is installed, it welcomes us and on the right side we can see a list of PHP requirements.

- It is important that everything is approved and marked in green (if it is not, request these changes from a DEV Manager.), however we can proceed to follow the following steps.

- We imported pages to the new site. We installed the WP import tool in Tools > Import > WordPress > Install.

- We run the importer

- We upload the file generated previously in step 13 and click on Submit or Send

- We assigned the content to an existing user and accepted the download of post attachments. We then executed the import.

- We import the template options in Betheme > BeTheme Options > Backup & Reset > General > Import. We choose to import from a link, copy the link generated in step 14, and click Import.

- We import the slider if necessary. We go to plugins and install and activate Slider Revolution (request the file from a developer manager).
- Once active, go to Slider Revolution > Manual import, and select the file generated in step 15.

- We configure the homepage. Go to Settings > Reading > Set homepage as static page and choose your homepage, which usually has the same name. Save the changes.

- We verified that the import was completed by visiting the site.
With this, our demo template is ready on a new site to start working on. It's important to note that the menu and footer elements must be added manually.
