How to get your website or blog indexed on Google quickly

Whenever you create a new website or blog for a business, the first thing you want is for Google and other search engines to index your website quickly and for people to be able to find it easily.
Until Google indexes your website, the only way to find it will be by typing its name into the browser's address bar. You usually have to wait for Googlebot to crawl the new domain and add it to its database, but depending on the site and your luck, this can take weeks.
You might be wondering, "What can I do to get Google to index my website quickly?" Let's look at how Google's robots crawl website content and some tips to help you get your site indexed as soon as possible.
What are website crawling and indexing? What is Googlebot?
We'll start by explaining Googlebot, crawling, and indexing:
Googlebots are the robots that Google uses to visit different websites. They read the content and add what they find back to Google's database. Googlebot is simply search software that Google sends out to gather information and that moves from website to website via links.
Crawling is the process by which Google's robot goes from site to site looking for new and updated information to report back to Google. As I mentioned before, the robot "travels" through the links on websites to gather new information.
Indexing is the process by which the information collected by Google's crawler is analyzed and, if it is of sufficient quality, added to Google's search index and associated with specific keywords. Thus, an indexed page is one that appears when a search is performed using a particular term or by typing its URL.
So, the overall process is as follows: Googlebot starts crawling a page it has already indexed. Using the links, it discovers new pages on the same site. The Google robot, or "spider," then crawls the new page, indexing the content it finds, and so on.
Let's look at some ways to get your website indexed by Google. The best part is that these actions will also help index all the pages on your site and will attract significant traffic once it's indexed.
How to get Google to discover and index your page
Create a Sitemap:
A sitemap is an XML document that lists all the pages on a website. The sitemap tells search engines when new pages have been added and how often to revisit the site for changes. If you use a content management system (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, or Magento, you'll find widgets or components that automatically create the sitemap.
Submit the Sitemap to Google Search Console:

Once you've created your sitemap, you need to visit Google Search Console and add it to your website account. This step is crucial for Google to recognize all your pages and will definitely speed up the indexing process.
Send your site's URL directly to search engines:
The classic way to do it. While it doesn't guarantee faster speed, it does guarantee indexing. Or at least, a warning from the search engine informing users that the page doesn't yet meet the minimum requirements or quality standards to be indexed.
Add your website or blog to your social media profiles:
You probably have an account on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or YouTube. Well, on your social media profile, there's a space to indicate your website or blog. Add your URL there. This will make the link to your site appear on your public profile, and since search engine bots navigate by following links and frequently visit these social networks, they'll find your site very, very quickly.
Get an updated link site:
Write a guest post on a blog, leave a meaningful comment with a link from your username, or directly ask for links through an exchange or any other link-building strategy you know.
So now what?
Once your website or blog is indexed, you'll start receiving increasing traffic through Google. The best thing you can do now is create new content regularly and share it across various social media platforms (especially Google+). This strategy, along with submitting your sitemap and RSS feed to Google, will keep your site constantly updated.
Websites that create content more regularly are visited and crawled more frequently by Google's robots, so all their content will be indexed more quickly. If you have a static website, consider adding a blog to create content regularly.
There are more techniques to get your website indexed quickly on Google. Do you know of any I haven't mentioned? Have you tried any of them? How long did it take for your website to be indexed? Thanks for your feedback.
